Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings

We offer great cost saving pre-engineered building solutions from concept to erection. Working closely with our clients we produce practical designs that makes optimum use of raw materials. Our factory is well equipped and is capable of churning out 500 tons of steel products a month, enabling us to offer timely production of facilities. Our products range from warehouses, airport hangers, factories, churches, commercial spaces, mezzanine floors, canopies, portable cabins, stairs etc. Pre-engineered metal buildings are different from conventional buildings in that they have flexibility in expansion and can withstand severe weather conditions.

Purlins

One of our main products is the Z purlin. We produce Z purlins of various thicknesses and lengths with connecting holes punched exactly to customer specification, thus there is no need of any fabrication, cutting or welding at the site. Hence there is no material wastage or fabrication cost. We produce both galvanized Z purlins and mild steel purlins with various finishing to prevent corrosion. Z purlin is a revolutionary product in the pre-engineered building industry and it is technically accepted by engineers and architects all over the world. As a result of its unique shape, it has high strength and load taking capacity. Usage of Z purlins results in cost saving up to 50% in structural steel as compared to traditional rolled section like C channels and Beams.

Portable Cabins

We produce portable cabins, which are often used by construction companies or medical institutions to address accommodation issues in remote locations with adverse climatic conditions. Our cabins have great flexibility in their construction and assembly, thus giving them a wide range of applications. The units can be delivered in a single-lift floor chassis, mounted either on steel skids or support legs. They are fully fitted and wired, ready for immediate use. Our portable cabins can be dismantled and re-assembled at any other location.

Storage Tanks

We design, construct and erect several types of storage facilities ranging from tank farms for petroleum industries to silos for agricultural industries. Storage tanks are general used to hold liquids or compressed gases for short, medium or long term storage. We design both vertical and horizontal cylinderical tanks with different roofing systems. We base our design on the size and type of fluid to be stored while taking into account key factors like temperature, fluid density, discharge pressure, friction, corrosion and abrasion.
